    With a 11.1 EER rating, the highly efficient PTH123G35A Amana PTAC unit has a cooling capacity of 12,000 BTU's and Heat Pump Heat capacity of 11,500 BTU's. Included is a 20 amp power cord, and 3.5 kW 12,000 BTU's electric heater.
