To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return and Refund Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:
- Company: when this return and refund policy mentions "Company", "we", "us", or "our", it refers to ProServices Supply, which is responsible for your information under this Return and Refund Policy.
- Customer/You: refers to the company, organization, or individual that has made any transaction with ProServies Supply.

Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at ProServies Supply. We appreciate the fact that you trust to buy our products. We strive hard to ensure that you have a rewarding experience each time you’re making a purchase at our store.
Just like any other shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at ProServices Supply. By placing an order or making a purchase at ProServices Supply, you agree to the terms set forth below along with ProServices Supply’s Privacy Policy.
If there is something wrong with the product you purchased, or if you are not happy with it, you have (30 calendar days) to request a return and a refund for your product.
For return and refund of a product, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- All materials returned and refunded must be in new and unused, sellable condition.
- Your items need to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- All items returned and refunded will be verified by item, quantity, and condition, prior to issuing credit.
- Please make sure that all packing material must be returned to obtain full credit.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Our representative will provide a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number to include on the returned package.
- Some items cannot be returned to ProServices Supply. These include:
- Customized orders, such as custom made-to-order and fabricated items
- Extended Inventory items
- Hazardous materials
- Goods shipped outside the continental United States
- Special orders, such as non-catalog items and volume purchases
- Warranty items
